Gluten Free Oatmeal Healthy Cookies

IMG_2957

These yummy cookies are a delicious treat and are packed with healthy foods! They still have butter and sugar but are a nice treat to tide you over if you have a cookie craving! Also has excellent ingredients that can help with breastfeeding! At least it helps for me!

I changed the original recipe from Noel Trujillo to make them Gluten Free!

I also used Food Yeast which I found by RedMill as well but in Noel Trujillo’s Lactation Cookie recipe, Brewers Yeast is called for.
